TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Gtbet

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. By using, visiting and/or accessing any part of the Gtbet website and/or any sub-domain, website or mobile application related to Gtbet (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy and any other rules applicable to the products and services presented on the Website (together the “Terms”), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all of the Terms.

1.2. You should read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them and/or cannot accept them, please do not use, visit or access the Website.

1.3. These Terms may be changed from time to time for any reason, including compliance with applicable legislation or regulatory requirements. The current version of the Terms will be available on the Website. If you continue to use the Website after such changes come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted those changes.

1.4. References to “you”, “your”, “customer”, “user” or “player” mean any person using the Website or any services, content or features available on it.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

2.1.1. Reference to the “Account” means an account registered by you on the Website after accepting and agreeing to these Terms. By registering an Account, you declare that you are over 18 years of age or of a higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to know whether the services and content available on the Website are legal in the country of your residence. The Website reserves the right to refuse users from any other countries, in addition to the jurisdictions listed above, at its own discretion.

2.2. Registration of account

2.2.1. In order to access certain features, place bets, play games or make deposits where applicable, you may need to register an Account on the Website.

2.2.2. To register an Account, you must provide complete and up-to-date information, including a mobile number, e-mail address, username, password and any other mandatory information requested on the registration form.

2.2.3. By registering an Account on the Website, you agree to provide your legal name. Checks may be carried out to verify the accuracy of the information you provide. You are generally not allowed to change this data, although in certain cases you may request a correction by contacting customer support, for example in the event of an honest mistake.

2.2.4. The same rule applies to their family members. Violation of this rule may result in the permanent closure of the Account, and such Accounts may be treated as fraudulent. Any winnings derived from such activity may be forfeited, and only the deposited amount may be returned.

2.2.6. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims connected with such assets, whether legal, commercial or otherwise.

2.2.7. By using the Website, you confirm that you act in compliance with the gambling laws and regulations applicable in your country. Responsibility for such compliance rests entirely with you.

2.3. Account issues

2.3.1. If you forget your password, believe somebody knows your personal details, or suspect that another user is taking unfair advantage through cheating or collusion, you must report the matter immediately.

2.3.2. The Website reserves the right to declare any bet or transaction void, either partially or in full, if it is deemed obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

  1. the account holder or persons associated with the account holder may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
  2. the account holder and/or associated persons are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Website;
  3. the result of an event or the bet has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
  4. the odds of an event have significantly changed due to a public announcement related to the event;
  5. bets have been placed that would not otherwise have been accepted, but were accepted during periods when the Website was affected by technical problems;
  6. due to an error, including a mistake, misprint, technical issue, human error, force majeure or otherwise, bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted incorrectly.

2.3.3. When an Account is closed or suspended for any reason, the Website reserves the right to close any future Accounts that may be registered by the same person, device, address, or that may use the same payment wallets or credit cards, and to void or cancel all bets and transactions related to such Accounts.

2.3.4. Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be offered as additional protection from unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and ensuring that it cannot be accessed by another person.

2.4. By registering an Account on the Website you undertake, declare and warrant that:

2.4.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you and, under those laws, you are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.

2.4.2. 2.4.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws in relation to any winnings you may receive.

2.4.7. All money deposited into your Account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source.

2.4.8. You understand that by participating in the Games you accept the risk of losing money deposited into your Account.

2.4.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods, techniques or hardware devices in connection with such participation. The Website reserves the right to invalidate or close your Account or invalidate your participation in a Game in the event of such behavior.

2.4.10. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Account, you shall only use credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.

2.4.11. Any computer software made available to you is owned by the relevant rights holders and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use such software for your own personal, recreational use in accordance with all applicable rules, terms, conditions, laws and regulations.

2.4.12. Games played on the Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of the Website and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.

3. MULTI ACCOUNTS

3.1. You may register and use only one Account on the Website.

3.2. Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address, computer or device, the Website must be informed in advance by the relevant Account holders.

3.3. If you register or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, the Website may block or close any or all of your Accounts at its discretion. It may also void all bets placed through duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and gifts, and void withdrawal requests. In addition, any returns, winnings or bonuses that have been gained or accrued during the duplicate account lifecycle may be forfeited.

4. PAYOUTS

4.1. When the outcome of a Game in which you participate has been determined or, where applicable, the relevant event result has been confirmed and the markets settled, any winnings will be made available in your Account.

4.2. If your Account is mistakenly credited with winnings or funds that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error, human error or otherwise, such amount will remain the property of the Website and may be deducted from your Account. If, before the error is identified, you withdraw funds that do not belong to you, the mistakenly paid amount shall constitute a debt owed by you. In the event of an incorrect credit, you are obliged to notify the Website immediately.

4.3. Additional verification and identification procedures may be carried out for any withdrawal, and such procedures may be applied at any withdrawal level. All transactions may be checked in order to prevent money laundering.

5. DEPOSITS AND BETS

5.1. In order to place bets and play for real money, you must deposit money into your Account. Deposits may be made online by using a debit or credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or any other available deposit method. All available deposit methods can be found on the Deposit page of the Website. Cash and cheques are not accepted methods of deposit. Please note that some methods may not be available in certain countries. Users making their first deposit may be eligible for promotional programs, subject to the specific rules applicable to those offers.

5.2. Payments may be accepted in various currencies. Any payment received in a currency other than the currency of your Account will be converted into the currency of your Account at the prevailing exchange rate. Any exchange premiums are payable by you.

5.3. The Website reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC) when deposits are made into an Account and to close an Account if requested documents are not provided.

5.4. No credit is granted for the use of services available on the Website.

5.5. By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposits are authorized and that you will not attempt to decline them or take any action that causes such payment to be reversed by a third party in order to avoid any legitimate liability.

5.6. As a measure against money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. If wagering requirements are in place, those requirements must be met before a withdrawal is requested.

5.7. Third-party deposits, including deposits made by a friend, relative, partner, spouse or other person, are not allowed. All payments must be made from an account, system or card registered in the Account holder’s name. If third-party deposits are detected, all winnings may be forfeited and the deposit may be returned to the rightful owner. Any banking charges related to the return of funds may be borne by the recipient.

5.8. New users may be subject to betting limits on slot games. The applicable limits, thresholds and any VIP-related adjustments are determined in accordance with the current rules published on the Website.

6. WITHDRAWALS

6.1. For a first withdrawal request, you may be asked to provide KYC documents, including card verification, bank statement, personal identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Additional requirements depending on the payment channel may also apply.

6.2. The Website reserves the right to change the maximum allowed amount for each payment system per transaction at any time and without prior notice.

6.3. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.4. It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as Bonus, as well as funds tied to an aborted game.

6.5. The Website may refuse a withdrawal if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the last deposit. The initial deposit must be turned over at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

6.6. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within two (2) banking days, although this period may be longer depending on payment channels, additional account checks and public holidays.

6.7. A user may not withdraw funds in excess of the available Account balance.

6.8. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available in the Cashier. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method that was used to deposit funds into the Account balance.

6.9. When a withdrawal is canceled, the funds are returned to your Account and may be used accordingly. The Website does not assume responsibility for any funds lost during gameplay following a withdrawal cancellation, whether initiated by you or otherwise.

6.10. The products offered through the Website are consumed instantly during gameplay. Accordingly, refunds, returns of monies, or cancellation of requested services cannot be provided once play has commenced. If you play a Game with real money, the money will be drawn from your Account instantly.

6.11. You may only withdraw a maximum amount of EUR 10,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in any 24-hour period and a maximum amount of EUR 50,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) within a 30-day period, unless a larger amount has been agreed.

6.12. Prior to accepting a withdrawal, legal identification may be requested, for example certified copies of passports, ID cards or other documentation deemed necessary in the circumstances. Phone verification, face verification or similar verification procedures may also be carried out.

6.13. You may only have one pending withdrawal per payment method at any one time. Furthermore, depending on the method used, only one withdrawal request may be made per 24-hour period.

6.14. If you win more than EUR 50,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency), the Website reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of EUR 50,000 until the full amount has been paid. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

6.15. The maximum daily winning amount for one customer may not exceed EUR 100,000 or the equivalent in your Account currency. “Day” means the period between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT.
